Where does my order ship from? All equipment over 50lbs ships from LA. Everything else ships from SoHo, NYC.

How long will it take for my order to deliver? It depends on what you’ve ordered. If you’ve ordered a bag, each one is handmade to order in LA, please allow 2+ weeks to ship via FedEx. For everything else, we ship using FedEx ground so it will take anywhere from 2-7 business days depending where your delivery address is.

Do you ship internationally? Not at this time but we hope to in the future.

What if I live in NYC, can I pick up my order? We can arrange this if it’s under 50lbs. Drop us an email and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can info@boxandflow.com.

Do you accept returns? No. All equipment is final sale. You can exchange swagger for up to 14 days for store credit. Shipping and handling will not be refunded. To start this process please email us at info@boxandflow.com.
